If it were actually self-serve, I'd have picked up my food at the counter when they called my number instead of waiting more than an hour after ordering for the cook to bring it to the table, identify it only as "medium" and not be sure it was being delivered to the right customer.It wasn't the cook's fault, and not even the disinterested manager's fault. Nando's service is designed badly, and then done according to its design.
