Don’t bother going to the Mile End road branch. The staff are useless a request was made for a refill on drinks. Ignored. Cutlery? Waited three minutes for the dishwasher to finish cleaning that after our food was served?! Prior to that we were waiting 15 minutes for our food so an attentive waiter would have realised. If the staff weren’t so busy talking to each other they wouldn’t forget to fulfil customer requests. I had to create an account to order and the website was playing up giving me an error ‘bad request’. After a shoddy experience, I told my girlfriend we will never be back to Nandos. There are hundreds of other restaurants in East London so let’s explore. Not this crap again, Goodbye Shatdos.
