Okay so went to the Basingstoke restaurant and joined the “virtual queue”. Received a message that I had less that 10 minutes and then I could go in while stood outside of the restaurant. The next second it said I had another 25-35 minutes to wait. I had already been in their “virtual queue” for an hour. What a f***ing joke!
