If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the worst. I got my first order and it worked great. Then I signed up for the subscription. They sent me a completely different formula that ended up causing horrible stomach pain. When I tried to cancel the subscription and return the extra unopened bottles they ignored my emails and DMs on social media. They will not get back to me at all. They had no problem signing me up for the subscription via email, but if you want to cancel they just ignore you. It’s fraudulent and a horrible company. I am contacting the BBB, and my credit card company. I have been trying to get a response from them for over two weeks now. Edit: they replied to this review, but are still ignoring the emails that I send to their support email requesting cancellation and return. This is a horrible company with zero customer support. I just want to cancel the subscription and return the unused product but they ignore their support emails and DM’s. I am reporting the fraud to my credit card company.
