The product really works, but the customer service is terrible! I had a subscription and they charged my credit card before advising me that a delivery was coming. I had no way to skip that delivery. They finally cancelled my subscription, after many requests, but have refused to give me any instructions for returning the unneeded and unwanted product! Beware! All is well as long as you keep buying the product, but if you want to stop receiving the product, forget about getting a refund for any unwanted product! You are out your money and stuck with product that you can't use.
