Ordering the item was easy. When I recieved it I was very please. I wore it 2 and the picture part of the bracelet broke off. I was so upset. My dad hasn't been gone vwey long so I was really looking forward to wearing this bracelet. Very disappointed that the product broke in less then 3 days.
