I was very disappointed in the product, I felt the representation was v very deceiving. The order arrived late and to the wrong address. The error was my fault but I contacted them immediately to correct it. The customer service department responded right away and told me they would correct it... they did not! I know have to pay to ship it across the country. The blender looks like a picture pasted on a piece of acrylic! Again, very disappointed!
