My wallet balance is now zero after a bonus cancellation, yet after more than 45 days, I'm still waiting. Even after issuing a support ticket, the support team responds with generic replies to my numerous follow-up emails, claiming they understand my frustration and have escalated my request for review. The representative is also unhelpful in following up. In desperation, I visited their registered office but was shocked to find it had recently relocated without a known address. The support team has now stopped responding altogether. The question remains: where are my funds? It appears the company may be defrauding clients who invested in good faith. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the company is not even registered with the relevant authority. Their website indicates a registration in another country.
