I am facing a serious issue with withdrawal from the company. I opened my account with an initial deposit and have been trying to withdraw my principal for over 4 months. Shockingly, they have already deducted my profits but refuse to return my original capital. Every support ticket I submit receives vague responses citing internal processes.
