Ron Hubbard gave the copyrights of his discoveries in homage to Benitez who in fact founded Narconon. The sad thing is that those who attack Scientology also attack Narconon even though it is a totally secular organization. What I learned at Narconon is not to discriminate against other religions. This is a fundamental universal value. At Narconon, I met Muslims, Christians, Jehovah's Witnesses, Buddhists, and Scientologists too. All of them were there to solve their problem so that they could return to live according to their values and principles. The negative reviews are mostly written by people who do not know, have not attended the Centers and have only read the opinions of those who attacked. Narconon works, I haven't taken drugs for 15 years and I will continue for the rest of my life. I know hundreds of people who have done the same thing. I believe that beyond the gossip and envy this is the only thing that matters.
