So I placed an order and and it looked like everything was al right. A week goes by and I begin to worry why my order hasn't shipped yet. I contact customer service and ask them if this was normal. They replied a few days later by saying my order was going to get shipped soon. Another week later, my order still hadn't shipped. So I contact them again, and I got the same reply back "your order is going to get shipped soon". Then, another week later I notice that my money (I paid through Paypal) got refunded. I sent them an email again and ask them why this had happened and what the hell was going on. They didn't answered the question but said they were going to "resend" my order. I got a new confirmation mail and thought I was going to get my order, finally. Two weeks go by again, and still no order shipped. I sent them again some emails, but they never responded to me. Seriously, the worst customer service ever. What are they even doing there? I will never shop on narscosmetics.eu again, nor will I buy Nars products in the future through other stores. I'm done. I definitely would not recommend to shop on narscosmetics.eu.
