I have placed my first order with narscosmetics.eu in Europe as otherwise you are not able to buy Nars products (I used to order Nars from space.uk which is not possible any longer). Nars.eu never provided a tracking number, although this is part of their Terms and Conditions. They never send an e-mail informing that goods have been shipped either (also part of their terms and conditions). I only noticed because in my account it mentions "shipped".... I wrote to them THREE times asking for more details on shipment - no reaction, no confirmation that my mails have been received, nothing .... I have no idea where my parcel is, if my parcel will ever arrive, when it was shipped exactly, if they have used the carrier that I chose when placing my order ... I truly doubt that a customer service at nars.eu exists ....First and last order. Such a shame that you cannot order NARS products from other stores any more. I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
