I tried the free version to see the functions and realized it could not offer what I needed for my business. Then I followed the steps for closing the account and free trial and since then this company is billing me (now 6. month in a row!) - I have contacted the support team mutiple times and wrote formal termination letters, but they simply do not care. I will also report this to my credit card company now. Tricking people from free trials to subscriptions while creating technicals hurdles....
