I had a horrible experience with customer service, specifically with Kenya Williams. I explicitly requested a call from a member of the Executive Office, but instead, I was contacted by Kenya, who is a member of lower management and not a member of the Executive Office. Kenya was uncooperative when I expressed my desire to speak with upper management. Her dismissive attitude indicated a clear lack of concern for resolving my issue. Kenya has earned a grade F.I made it clear that I did not wish to speak with her and requested that someone else contact me. Moments later, I received an email stating that no further attempts would be made to address my issue.Due to this unacceptable response, I will forward my complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and I have engaged my attorney, Gregory F. Hauser, to handle this matter moving forward. Expect to receive a letter from him, or feel free to reach out to him directly.Best, Christopher Baker
