ROBBERY at it’s finest!

I tried to cancel a handful of the courses 2-3 weeks after I signed up via email and the rep told me to call customer service. I tried calling customer service multiple times a day for about 2 weeks and one answered my phone! By the time I actually spoke with someone, it was “past the return policy” so now I’m stuck with the bill, haven’t even used the courses, and they’re threatening to put it into collections because I refuse to pay for what I have not used and attempted to return. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
