Found it very difficult to activate our account, had to talk to 3 different people and it took us 2 months. They do not email an invoice so you have to call to get your total with freight and of course, there is no one to answer the phone so you need to leave a message and hope they call back. Would be nice to have a dedicated account rep or better customer service. We get bombarded almost daily with their emails, but they cant seem to take care of the things that really matter.
