Upon making my initial enquiry (December 2022) I spoke to Gary Roberts who immediately put my mind at rest. The final outcome came in September 2023 (not NML fault, total incompetence of CPS) needless to say I drove home from court with no ban.There are periods of quiet and sometimes not the easiest to get hold of, but trust me "Believe in the process".. no stone was unturned.
