Sandra Cooper a very talented lawyer took her time with taking all my details I had to share and quickly explained my defence. I was assigned a case handler Paul who was always ready to answer any of my questions thought the entire process. I had two hearings. The first hearing I received a terrible lawyer to represent me. He attempted to make me sign my name against potential incriminating statements that I never said. I contacted my case handlers at NML to express my concerns with the representative they provided me and they quickly got on the phone with him. Sorted out the issue immediately. Which I truly appreciate. (P.S NML use third party lawyers for bronze level payment. The cheapest representation. So I’ll still give 5 stars to NML)During my second hearing, I received a much better representative. (An older Irish gentleman) He was well spoken, knowledgeable and personable with myself and the judges. He quickly built a report with the judges and prosecution. We followed our game plan provided by NML case handlers Paul and Sandra. As planned we won the case as the judges dropped the charges deeming the evidence provided by the CPS insufficient.
