AVOID SAVE YOUR MONEYBefore going forward with this firm when explaining my situation I was told I have a very good chance and case of winning and I wouldn't be loosing my licence, whilst been given this hope I asked for everything to be explained I had numerous of calls giving me all these explanation and procedures and what the firm will offer and how my case is strong. Once being hopeful I decided to go ahead as I was really happy and grateful that I was told I would be supported all the way, BUT was I wrong once payment was discussed I was told I can do a payment plan as I explained my situation and I was told I have nothing to worry about and a payment plan would be put into place. Once the 1st Initial payment was taken out I stopped getting calls from the people who said they was going to help and got continuous calls from the payment team several times almost being harassed asking me to complete all payment when I was told different and was told this would be taken on a payment plan. I asked to speak to the person representing me, so we can prepare for the case but no calls was made I kept calling as the court date was approaching and I havent heard anything, the day before the case came and I called asking what is happening you call for payments but nothing is happening in regards to my case they said someone will call me. It was getting late in the day no one has called eventually someone called who said he will be representing when a women was dealing with the case in the beginning. Anyways the male that I was speaking to had no idea of my case and didn't know what he was talking about and said I might as well pled guilty as I won't win and that's all he had to say and refused to even prepare for court as he said I have nothing to prepare for. All they wanted was the money and they will say anything to trap you so they can get paid but have no interest in helping you.
