Great service. I’ve read a lot of reviews about NML taking money and scamming. From my understanding NML basically work as a middle man between you and the solicitor. However, whenever I had a question about my case I just popped over an email and Louise got me the answers I needed promptly. Despite it being costly I had a fantastic outcome and would highly recommend and just be patient. Of course NML needs to be paid for their service prior to being represented which in this day and age is fair. Hats off to NML and my representative and also Louise who I probably bombarded with questions.
