When you speak to them you are in a vulnerable situation, they promise you you have a really strong case, I don't blame them you are speaking to a salesman not a person with your best interests at heart. Once your first payment is made you won't hear from them again until asking for more money. I would constantly ask for updates and be told we'll get back to you after you need to pay x amount.Like most people here have said you have to brief the solicitor when you speak to them on the day of court as they are not prepared. After 3 court appearances and a cctv "expert", I had paid everything off and it cost me thousands.The judge was harsh on me pleading guilty on the last day in court, I got over the maximum of ban, fine and no DD course because I had tried to find a loophole that was never there.I found a good local lawyer to reduce my sentence as the whole experience was the worst part of my life.I can't express how much I regret going with these guys. Salesmen in a business and the business is getting your money. Save your money and get a nice e-bike, you're going to need it.
