They will sell you how much chance you have to win and how 1 lawyer won all his cases blah blah, but he is a lawyer you have to upgrade to at a premium rate. On my first trial had a lawyer and he was external he did his best best he was late and i had to beg the judge to allow more time for him to arrive. All is done by email, reception team cant answer any questions they will forward them on and half the time you will not get a call back. Loads of hidden costs such as mileage for lawyers even a damn hotel, plus the will tell u basic lawyers are not available and upgrade them and charge you more. Also the expert reports have hidden fees of like £500. The accounts team will harass u for payment after payment, invoice after invoice. One girl kept emailing me for payment cant give me no updates, another one was the caseworker cant give me no update either. You cant talk to anyone. The costs for 1st case where preparation fee plus representation fee about £895. Second date prep fee about 700 + 500 expert reports + mileage and hotel plus upgrade to gold lawyer plus 700 for representation. I am telling you to save your money this is a scam operation to the extend the prosecution told me that a lot of people have been crying over this firm nml. You will not speak to anyone only email the only call you willGet is to chase payment. But its life. I cancelled them in the end and went with a much cheaper lawyer
