I had very hard case and due to some issues previously this made my case even more complicated. NML first interaction with myself was brilliant very positive and very open. However there’s is bit of let down is the fees everything is money and money. My biggest thing was trial when the lawyer I selected even she won the case she told me to appeal guilty and this put me really down after almost £9k spend this is not what you wanna listen. I plead myself not guilty and I won the case couldn’t be more happier. Bit of more interaction with the customers should be something that you guys need to take in consideration. Now waiting to recover some of the money spend and I just need to say thank you.
