Absolutely a scam and unprofessional. They sent an email with my file on Saturday night while my appointment was next day Monday morning at 9am. I had to show up at court with no file or paperwork. Do not wast your money. They are just sales man not real lawyers. I will also report this to ombudsman service. You forget to mention 02/02/24 at 5pm pass Friday, that counted as weekend. You are a lawyer and does not respect the law. “Office Out of hours” i have paid £1980 for preparation and representation which you failed to provide me with my file on time after you asked me to pay the same amount again. How is this 5 star service? Am confused how you get this.
