In December 2023 I was arrested at home for refusing to take a breathalyser test for an accident the police accused me of being involved in. This was false.I was taken to the local police station and strip searched in the hall way in the presence of male and female officers. I was in a cell for 24 hours and charged with a crime that I did not commit. I had my first court hearing at the magistrates in January 2024 in which I pleaded not guilty to the charges. The trial date was set for April 2024.I contacted National Motoring Lawyers and throughout the entire process my case handler Paul worked alongside my reviewing lawyer to ensure I had a positive outcome with their sound knowledge of the motoring laws.
