Didn't know what I was getting into when I first contacted NML. Didn't know the system or process at all. Met David (and his wife Nicky) at the first hearing in Feb 2024. He explained what was going to happen and what his part in it all was and off he went to do his stuff in the Courtroom. Nicky stayed with me, explained what David was doing in detail and reassured me that he was working on my behalf. The next hearing was May 2024 and the final hearing was on 3 Oct 2024. This was a very stressful time throughout, but both David and Nicky work so well together that they were able to identify processes that hadn't been followed correctly and really went to work on these. The CPS failed to comply with legal requests from David and the court and, ultimately, the case was dismissed. David was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable throughout the process and I am amazed and relieved with the outcome. A very happy customer.
