I won $2200.00+ on their site but after stopping playing for a few hours then returning to play my account balance had dropped back to what i had started playing with that day! When I queried this i had to verify all my details which I did then i had to request my gaming history which had several inconsistencies and didn’t show my winnings, showed that i had been playing when in fact I hadn’t and didn’t match the gaming history on the site!!! Definitely not a legit site. After getting nowhere with nationalcasino support it’s been made apparent that to prove i won on their site i need to produce a screenshot of my win…! Which i didnt take as i didnt think i would be ripped off! How dodgy is that! Now that you have replied to me on here i must inform you that i verified all my details id and bank account and deposits which you only asked for after i ask why you took my winnings and your support team supplied me with altered and incomplete records but tried telling me different then said they had conducted an exhaustive review of my claim and that they would no longer investigate the issue!! So it’s pretty clear that because I had no screenshot of my win you stole my winnings and altered my history to suit! So much for ethical conduct ! Why all of a sudden was my account questioned .Which i verified because I was under the impression that is why the money was taken but once i satisfied all your requests all of a sudden ithere was no winnings because you knew I didn’t have a screenshot of it!!! That is disgraceful behaviour!!!
