I was unable to pay for my ticket as your payment site did not work.You added £1.50 booking fee to the advertised price which feels like I'm being robbed also I figured out it was cheaper to buy two singles rather than a return ....Another thing is...it's really annoying you have stopped drop offs at terminal 4..it seems like you do not respect your customers ....I don't like moaning but today we have so much to moan about unless we say something it will continue ...
