Absolutely joke ! I booked ticket from Birmingham to Leicester on 27th NOV at 22:30 (paid extra for flexible one), system changed itself for another one at 1pm. My bus left with few empty spaces and people from the desk don't let me in ! Guys on the desk were extremely rude and their way of customer service is unacceptable. The booking system is rubbish, a lot people had similar issues. Team on the desk needs a proper customer service training.
