The outbound coach was 25mins late. The inbound coach was not flexible as I arrived an hour before my booked time due to my flight landing earlier and was refused to get on the earlier coach and given no option to purchase a new ticket. I had to wait an extra hour (waste of time). That driver and the customer service was not helpful or understanding of my situation, and let me down. I’ll think twice before booking with them again the the future.
