I recently travelled from London Gatwick Airport to Birmingham and had a very disappointing experience. The coach was extremely cold from the moment we boarded. The heating wasn’t working at all, and despite passengers raising the issue, the driver confirmed that the heating system was out of order.It was an uncomfortable journey from start to finish, especially for a long trip. I expected a basic level of comfort, and this fell well below that. I’m very dissatisfied with the service and hope this issue is taken seriously so future passengers don’t face the same problem.
