I wasn't able to change my ticket date online regardless of this option being included in standard purchase . I had to buy another ticket to be able with tons of patience open my account and although the previous ticket was linked to it, I'm still not able to manage and even see my tickets through this account. Terrible set up or it's meant to work in a way that you are forced to spend more money and never claim what you are entitled to.
