The service is generally very good, but there are some challenges for disabled passengers. Drivers often fail to give sufficient attention to elderly and disabled individuals, which means I am frequently left at the end of the queue when boarding the bus. In addition, the seating area reserved for disabled passengers is almost always occupied by younger people, who appear to choose it for the extra legroom, space for personal belongings, and proximity to the door for quicker disembarkation.
