There was a very long delay from 8.40 to 9.25. It is 1 degrees outside. Very cold to wait for this long!!!!!! And Your online tracking system does not work, if you claim you provide a service please provide it!When I got on the bus I politely asked the driver if he can turn on the heating, because I was freezing. he looked at me like I was asking the most stupid question and he did not reply. And turned on the heating after a long time. I never write such comments- but I am terrifed with this experience
