Ticket just said Gatwick North Terminal coach stop, however, when you leave the exit saying coaches you find 3 stops and a sign to say there's more down the road. This would be fine if National Express provided the stop number you need to be at on the booking details. Once you are hoping you're in the right place, you then have several coaches at once and you're somehow meant to know that a certain coach number and end destination is the one you are waiting for, despite not actually being provided with this information on your ticket, confirmation email or in the app. Staff were friendly, driving was smooth and I arrived on time but the toilet was locked for the full 3 hour journey and the WiFi was patchy, so the whole experience wasn't perfect on this occasion.
