Poor communication and service

Currently sat on a bus in Sheffield with no idea when we will get to Newcatsle. A broken bus ar London Victoria meant we could not leave at 5.30pm. Poor communication of this at London Victoria for over an hour, then some of us we put on a bus to Sheffield. We for to Sheffield, again no communication and sat for 40/45 mins until we moved again. At this rate we have no idea when we will get home as the only thing we have heard from another passenger was we are going to Leeds to wait for another bus. This is now 23:15 and the end is not in sight. Horrific experience.
