Can't complain as it was only £12 and better than trying it with the trains during engineering works.The toilet lock is still the flimsy one that's been used for decades. NX is the only coach operator that uses an outdated toilet lock where the door can be pulled open even with the lock on. Unbelievable.The downstairs toilet at Victoria Coach Station is awful - Toilet locks are literally non existent and no toilet paper. I cannot believe NX does not know how to invest in toilet locks. It's not like investing in brain surgery!
