National Express service from London to Newcastle on November 23 — let’s call them “Willy and the Tiddler”. Professional, friendly, and full of humour, they made a 7-hour journey feel like less than half. Both could get a job as stand-up on stage! Truly 5-star service — they deserve recognition… and a pay rise! I hope you both get called in for your class service. I would have tipped you both properly, but all I had was Thailand baht 🤣.
