When I came to birmingham, the bus was delayed for nearly an hour, and when we finally were trying to get on the bus. The staff members messed it up and tried to get people to line up single file when really we just wanted to get straight on the bus. It's extremely unprofessional and made me late to an event I had in Manchester.
