I had a terrible experience today on my way back from Leeds to Manchester . A journey of an hour took 4+ hours which is really a unacceptable. The first coach I got on broke down and the second coach came 2 hours later and still broke down some where in Huddersfield . I had to come down and book an uber which costed me a lot more than my actual coach fee . This is really unacceptable and not nice . I would like a compensation for this unpleasant experience I had tonight
