Dont' use National Express

I have used National Express in the past, but this is going to be the last time. I have never felt so annoyed, useless and disappointed in my life. I booked the 14.10 bus from Stansted to Liverpool street. I arrived at 13.50 at the bus stop. The system now is very confusing. I saw a sign in bay 9 saying Canary Wharf and in bay 8 there was no bus.The attendant that is normally at the entrance of the queue was not there and there was one checking the tickets near the bus. There were some 20 people in front of me and I did not feel like jumping the queue so I waited for a while. Meanwhile a bus arrived at bay 8 saying London Victoria. I finally got to the attendant in bay 9 and was told that that was not my bus but the one in bay 8. So, we quickly went to bay 8 but by this time the bus was declared "Full". I then spoke to the attendant in bay 8 and he told me that I should have been there 10 minutes before departure. I explained to him that I was there 20 minutes before but that the signs were very confusing, even the fact that I have to take the Victoria bus to go to Liverpool street. Anyway, I was told that I had lost my priority and that I had to wait in the queue for whichever bus I was able to get on. I asked him if he thought I would get on the first bus and he said I would probably get on the second or third bus, considering that he had to let people with priority get on first and then those in the queue in front of me. That meant a wait of 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. I decided my life is more important. I went to get the Stansted Express. By now I had just missed the 14.30 departure and got on the 14.45 which arrived in London at 15.40, the same time that the bus I should have got on would have arrived. Downside of all of this is that me and my partner had to pay £50 for the train trip. What this shows is that the system does not work, that there are not enough busses and not enough staff. So, goodbye National Express.
