While I was booking a ticket from Bristol to Heathrow airport I was notified of a connectivity problem and when you remedied it the transaction timed out so I started again and used Apple Pay and then for some reason I had another prompt for payment . Foolishly I clicked again and lo and behold I have two seats booked for the 00.55 bus on the 27th. I spent about half an hour trying to remedy the situation to no avail. I wanted to send you a note but could not work it out. So I paid twice.
