easy online booking process, cheap ticket and no problems at all

I had a very positive experience when travelling with National Express. I travelled from Sheffield Meadowhall at 11.15am arriving into Leeds at midday, on Thursday 13th November. The booking process online was very easy to use, and I logged into my account to use it so that I didn't need to pay booking fees. The ticket was very good value. The coach arrived and departed on time, the boarding process was efficient, the coach was clean, the wifi worked and I didn't experience any problems. Sheffield Meadowhall is a clean station with decent waiting areas and there is a Travel Information Centre in the station, with staff who tell passengers which stand their coach leaves from
