I had a very positive experience when travelling with National Express. I travelled from Sheffield Meadowhall at 11.15am arriving into Leeds at midday, on Thursday 13th November. The booking process online was very easy to use, and I logged into my account to use it so that I didn't need to pay booking fees. The ticket was very good value. The coach arrived and departed on time, the boarding process was efficient, the coach was clean, the wifi worked and I didn't experience any problems.
