i was due to travel on the 23:45 gatwick - heathrow T5, it was cold and the Swansea coach was sat there an the driver let me on 👍.the M25 was closed the driver followed diversion an got lost, he called his depot and his controller guided him road by road through london on to the M3 an M25. although i arrived late it was nice to see the driver had someone there who was calm , patient & reassuring for help . he probably got the piss took out of him afterwards 🤣😂 well done to both driver & controller .
