The coach didn’t come so they got a replacement coach. National express didn’t send an email or a text updating us passengers. The replacement coach which was not national express didn’t come to the correct bus stop, the driver didn’t come off and atleast shout London Victoria the destination.Passengers just started wandering around and had to ask if this is meant to take us to London Victoria. The coach driver didn’t explain anything nor was the coach driver empathetic or apologetic. We arrived in London Victoria but not at the coach station again at another place the driver didn’t make us aware that this was were we should get off people just had to get up and ask. National express didn’t do well today
