I booked the lowest cost ticket (so no possibility for cancellation, alteration or refund) for my trip to Canterbury next Tuesday, carefully selecting date and time, but the ticket came up as booked for the previous day. I don’t think that was my error. Can’t find a contact number that would allow me to even discuss with you. So I’m taking the hit on that ticket cost and going by train instead (in less than half of the journey time). Also in future.
