I like the warm welcome by the drivers and their services. What I do not like is the fact that the company can actually delay someone's trip due to some unforseen circumstances but the customers are not allowed to come late to their bus station due to that same unforseen circumstances.I think there should be a grace or time extension for someone that couldn't make it on time to the bus station, maybe board with the next available bus or refund their money back. This will make them outstanding in their business endeavors.Thanks.
