It took 3 days to book a ticket

It took 3 days to book a ticket because every time I tried to enter in my coach card number it said something like number not recognised. My husband had the same problem yet when he rang up your office he was told there was nothing wrong with the website. As we have no office in Swansea this proved stressful.
