Being kind goes a long way

My ticket was to depart at 12:00pm from London Victoria to Luton airport. Got delayed and unfortunately arrived at the terminal at 12:15pm. The following national express bus was suppose to depart at 12:30pm but was delayed and arrived just before 13:00pm. When I explained my situation to the driver for the departure time at 13:00pm, he was very understanding and was willing to help. When his colleague who was suppose to depart at 12:30pm arrived shortly before 13:00pm, he explained and asked if I could get on the 12:30pm coach which his colleague agreed at no additional cost. That gesture of kindness enabled me arrive at Luton airport within an hour of my flight departure and miraculously, I was able to get to my gate ahead of schedule and catch my flight. Thanks to both drivers of national express for being very considerate and compassionate. I pray more people in the world exhibit these values.
