Unsafe to travel with a baby

The booking process is easy but the level of customer service on this particular occasion was shockingly bad. They wouldn't allow me to reserve 2 seats together to travel with my 3 month old baby in her car seat. Their only suggestion was that I travel with her on my lap which is totally unsafe.
